• Send the emails you signed up for
• Respond to inquiries you initiate
• Maintain basic site functionality (see "Local storage" below)
• Diagnose and resolve reported bugs

We do not sell or rent your data.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run core site functions:

• MailerLite (newsletter and subscription management)
• Netlify (site hosting and form handling)

These providers may process the data you submit, but it is managed and administered by us. We only share information with them as necessary to provide the service you requested.

Clinical services and payment processing occur through separate, secure systems and are governed by their own privacy and security policies.

This website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking.

Local storage

This site uses a small amount of local browser storage to remember interface preferences (for example, a "tl;dr" toggle). This data stays on your device and is not sent to us, except if you send us a bug report.
